We recommend you follow these guidelines when putting your baby to bed:
Young babies should be placed on their back, away from smoky atmospheres.
The nursery should ideally be approximately 18°c which is 65°F.
Adjust nightwear according to room temp.
Do not use extra blankets or duvets in addition to this product.
Ensure your baby’s head cannot slip through the opening of the sleepbag.
